Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Terms
Full Cancellation & Refund
Full refund for cancellations notified 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled experience start time.
Date & Time Changes
Rescheduling or time change requests are accepted without penalty when requested at least 12 hours prior to the tour (subject to availability).
Late Cancellation / No-Show
No refunds will be issued for cancellations notified less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show.
How to Request a Cancellation or Date Change

Send a formal email to info@casonalosrodriguez.cr with your reservation number and details of the request.

Or contact us directly via our official WhatsApp at +506 6081-7929 with your booking name and reserved date (at least 24h prior for refund, or 12h prior for date change).

Approved refunds (cancellations made 24h+ in advance) are processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
Tropical Rain & Weather Policy
Located in northern Costa Rica (La Fortuna/Arenal), tropical rainfall is part of the natural ecosystem. All of our primary activities (wood-fired cooking class, traditional trapiche, folk dances, and dining area) take place under spacious, fully covered structures. Tours are not cancelled due to regular rain, and standard cancellation (24h) and rescheduling (12h) terms apply.
